These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.  You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

WARNING: CARELESS OR INCORRECT HAND-LOADING OR RELOADING PROCEDURES CAN CAUSE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS RESULTING IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH  

  • Hand-loading or reloading should be done by competent adults after proper instruction.  Components are provided for use by person’s familiar with loading practices, ballistics, and loading equipment -- if you are not knowledgeable of the hand-loading or reloading process and the dangers associated with the process, please seek the advice of a professional.  Hand-load or reload only in strict compliance with instructions published in current hand-loading and/or reloading manuals. 

  • Incorrect use of these components or incorrectly hand-loading or reloading ammunition can cause serious injury or damage.  Since your hand-loading and/or reloading practices are beyond our control, we explicitly disclaim all responsibility or liability (either expressed or implied) for damage, injury, or death that may result. 

  • Always use eye protection when hand-loading or reloading. 

  • To avoid serious injury use components only in modern firearms, in good operating condition, designed for use with a specific caliber and length casing. 

  • Always thoroughly examine all components to ensure good condition prior to reloading or firing.   Discard all cases that show signs of excessive wear or cracks.  Never substitute components.  Follow all handling, use, and storage instructions given by the hand-loading and/or reloading tool, powder, and primer manufacturer. 

  • Discharging firearms in poorly ventilated areas, cleaning, handling ammunition or components, may result in exposure to lead and other substances known to cause birth defects, reproductive harm, cancer, and other serious physical injury/illness.  You must have adequate ventilation at all times.  Wash hands thoroughly after exposure. 

Warranty Disclaimer:  The components provided are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.  To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Three Rocks LLC / Bitterroot Brass disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 

Limitation of Liability:  Three Rocks LLC /Bitterroot Brass shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the performance of the products.  Since your hand-loading and/or reloading practices are beyond our control, we explicitly disclaim all responsibility or liability (either expressed or implied) for damage, injury, or death that may result, including special or consequential damages. 

Selling Ammunition Warning:  Please note that selling ammunition, whether reloaded or new, requires a permit/license (and, in most cases, extensive liability insurance).  These permits/licenses are issued by the federal government through the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms.  Additionally, the specific laws and regulations for selling reloaded ammunition may vary from state to state.   Please consult an attorney and obtain all appropriate permits/licenses prior to selling any reloaded ammunition.  To the extent you do not maintain the appropriate permits/licenses, it is considered a federal crime (subject to fine and imprisonment) to sale reloaded ammunition.  [18 U.S.C. 922(a), 923(a), and 924; 27 CFR 478] 

The components we sell are not intended to be used for reloaded ammunition offered for sale by those without appropriate permits/licenses.  By placing an order with Three Rocks/Bitterroot Brass, you agree that you are not using the components in reloaded ammunition offered for sale without obtaining and maintaining the appropriate permits/licenses/insurance to do so. 

 SECTION 8 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bitterroot Brass and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
